Logo: Over a blue/white gradient background, the silver text "VISOR" in bold moves back and places itself near the center, and a shadow appears behind it. "HOME VIDEO" in blue zooms out below, as a green light briefly appears near the name.
FX/SFX: Simple 2D animation. If you can see clearly, the "VISOR" text is zooming out of bounds behind the background.
Music/Sounds: A very cheap synth brass fanfare.
Availability: Very rare.
Editor's Note: The music doesn't resemble a traditional fanfare at all, instead it sounds like an improvisation of jumbled notes in result.
