Note[]
In modern days, the studio never had a closing logo. The end of its movies only shows a logo for a production company working for the studio, and then an MPA rating screen. Some movies have a Universal Studios Hollywood & Florida advertisement that read either "When in Hollywood, visit Universal Studios," "See the Stars and Ride the Movies," or "Universal Parks & Resorts," along with its website address. In John Landis' films from Universal, "(Ask for Babs)" appears as a joke. Babs is Barbara Sue Jansen from Animal House who becomes a tour guide at Universal Studios Hollywood in the epilogue.
However, the current logo has been seen at the end of certain movies on a few occasions; At the end of American Made (2017), the full logo was shown, although it was silent. And at the end of 1917 (2019), a still version of the logo is used.
There is a version of the logo where a print version of the logo is on a black background. This can be seen at the end of most episodes of The VeggieTales Show (2019-2022).
At the end of Nope (2022), there is a custom advertisement promoting Jupiter’s Claim (the amusement park from the film), which reads "Come Ride Through Jupiter's Claim at Universal Studios Hollywood", with a print version of the Universal Studios Hollywood logo included. Below the logo reads "Only on the World Famous Studio Tour". A black shape with text that reads "As seen in 'Nope'" is located to the right of the amusement park's name. Coincidentally, Jupiter's Claim was made into a real attraction at Universal Studios Hollywood around the time of the movie’s release, so this ad was likely meant to promote the park from the film being located there.
