Background[]
Tajikfilm is the national film studio of former Tajik SSR and modern Tajikistan. It was founded in 1930 and named "Stalinabad Studio" in 1938-1961. It's still active today, but produces very limited output due to the lack of finance. In 1990's the studio produced no films at all.
