Logo: On a black background, the text "RS" appears and flashes colors. the line on the "S" extends as it moves to the left. "riverhill soft" slides out of the "RS". Then, the whole thing vanishes off the screen via linear wipes.

4th Logo (September 30, 1993-October 27, 1995)[]

Logo: On a black background, we see the text "Riverhill Soft Inc." come from the sides, spinning as it does. parts of the Riverhill Soft logo all zoom in and turn. the letters then stop spinning.

Variant: On Sotsugyou II, the logo is still with the yellow-orange-white streak behind it. It also gains a drop shadow.

FX/SFX: 2D sprite animation.

Music/Sounds: A crystalized synth note.

5th Logo (September 30, 1993)[]

Riverhill Soft (1993, from Patlabor)

Logo: On a white background, the 4 tilted squares in 3D emerge and turn. the background turns black and they become 2D. "RIVERHILL SOFT" zooms out via a trail effect letter-by-letter. it flashes, causing it to turn the Riverhill Soft logo from before.

FX/SFX: 2D sprite animation.

Music/Sounds: A ascending whoosh, typing sounds and a slam mixed with a sword-like sound.

Availability: Seen on Patlabor.

6th Logo (April 29, 1994)[]

Logo: On a blue background, a white square stretches in. a orange lens flare-like object zooms out and lands on the square, causing it to disappear and the square splits into 3 squares, which spin. After that, the squares rotate a little and a orange tilted square fades and zooms in, causing the background to turn black. slices move in and form "RIVERHILL SOFT". This looks similar to the previous logo, but this time, the block is orange.

FX/SFX: 2D animation.

Music/Sounds: A loud rock note that descends at the start.

Availability: Seen only on Doctor Hauzer for 3DO.

7th Logo (1996-2001)[]

Logo: On a black background, we see a spinning globe. Then, 5 curved lines in gray (looks like a "r") wipe in via a light effect as the camera moves. "Riverhillsoft" in blue wipes in from the left to the right as it turns gray via a wipe effect and the globe turns into a red sphere as the curved lines and text turn white.

Variant: On some games, the logo is still.

FX/SFX: CGI animation.

Music/Sounds: Piano-like notes then a ascending synth note.
