1st Logo (1979-1986)[]

Promec Televisión (1985)

Logo: On a black background, a white glowing RGB stripe wipes from various directions, such as forming a letter "V" and a "P". It fades out as two red streaks form a spiral square shape that is similar to the New shekel symbol. The letters "PROMEC" with the half of the letters colored in RGB appear sliding down in a cheap trail effect. The letters then glow from each color, after that, the whole text glows as well.

FX/SFX: 2D 60's/70's style animation.

Music/Sounds: An high-pitched conditioner sound, which segues into 2 sets of descending zapping bleeps, and then a bombastic fanfare, and the announcer saying the company's name.

Availability: Can be seen at the start of some news programs.

Editor's Note: None.

2nd Logo (1986-1988)[]

Promec Televisión (1986-88)

Logo: On a blue gradient background, red stripes can be seen sliding from various directions, and they form the logo's symbol. Then, a multicolored outlined square then zooms forth from the symbol, and a rainbow stripe with two cheap glowing stars from both sides slides over, forming the "PROMEC" text. It flashes, and "TELEVISION" is being wiped in by a glow. A rounded yellow-orange square is being wiped in from both sides, and it flashes.

FX/SFX: 2D animation.

Music/Sounds: An action/news fanfare, with an ascending white note at the beginning, and the announcer saying "Promec Televisión presenta el siguiente programa..."

Availability: Can be also seen on news programs.
