Toy Story (1995; Releases beginning on 2009): The logo animates as usual, but instead of the fade out, the logo stays on-screen in order to plaster the existing Walt Disney Pictures logo variation until it fades to the wallpaper of Andy's room.
Disney's Activity Center: Toy Story 2 (1999; PC): The logo is shown on an old TV in Al's apartment, supervised by Buzz Lightyear.
Lifted (2007; short):The lamp's "head" fades into the moon.
WALL•E (2008; PC/PS2/Xbox 360/PS3/Wii): The print logo (with Luxo Jr. on the "I", looking left) is formed by blue lines.
Presto (2008): TBA.
WALL•E (2008; Ending [Home Media Releases Only]): Same as the first theatrical trailer variant. The logo starts normally, but after Luxo Jr. looks at us, his light shorts out. Then, WALL-E comes in and replaces the bulb with a fluorescent bulb. He then leaves, but knocks down the "R" in "PIXAR" on the way. He looks at the fallen "R", and then hides his head, clasps his "hands" and puts down his door to make an "R" shape. The rest of the logo then continues as normal as WALL-E peeks out in cowardliness. Seen after the credits, trailers and the WALL-E video game.
UP (2009; video game):
Xbox 360/PS3/Wii: The print text is white as it floats "UP" in the air.
PS2/PSP/PC: The white print logo (with Luxo Jr. on the "I") is superimposed at the right, with the Disney logo at the left.
Toy Story Toons (2011-2012): The lamp looks up as we scroll up to the title.
Incredibles 2 (2018): The background is red, the text and Luxo Jr. is black all over, and the lamp's light is yellow-colored, making it themed after the Incredibles symbol's usual colors.
Toy Story 4 (2019): In both variants, "ANIMATION STUDIOS" is already here.
Opening: After the logo animates as usual, the lightning flashes, causing a downpour on the logo. It then flashes again to make the logo go into darkness, leaving the lamp's light through the rain in the dark, and flashes more into Andy's house in a dark & stormy night.
Closing: In place of Luxo Jr., Duke Caboom rides in with his motorcycle from the right and squashes the "I" in "PIXAR". A Combat Carl figure comes in from the left and gives Duke a high-five, which cuts the screen to black.
