1st Logo (March 9, 1999-August 20, 2002)[]
Logo: Simply the DVCC logo of 1997, except that the Panasonic Disc Services Corporation logo with a grey and yellow disc and replaces the DVCC logo, and "www.panasonicdvd.com" replaces the DVCC website URL.
FX/SFX: None.
Music/Sounds: None.
Availability: Uncommon. It can be found at the end of some early 2000's Fox and Universal DVDs.
- It debuted on the 1999 DVDs of Broken Arrow and The Poseidon Adventure, and can also be seen on Child's Play 2, Commando, Big, Dr. Dolittle, Office Space, Joe Somebody, Waking Life, The Pagemaster, The Full Monty, Waking Ned Devine, Ride with the Devil, William Shakespeare's A Midsummer Night's Dream, Behind Enemy Lines, Speed 2: Cruise Control, D-Day the Sixth of June, The Land Before Time VII: The Stone of Cold Fire, The Man from Snowy River, Chicken Run, discs released in the Bob Hope Tribute Collection series, American Pie: Ultimate Edition, The Towering Inferno, and DragonHeart: A New Beginning.
- The logo's last official appearance was on Joe Somebody, though it also appears hidden within the video files on The Mary Tyler Moore Show: The Complete First Season. It can also be found on the ADV DVD of Lost Universe: It's His Duty to Kick Some Booty, the 2001 Word/Lyrick Studios DVD of VeggieTales: Lyle the Kindly Viking and the Artisan Entertainment DVD of The Fighting Kentuckian.
Editor's Note: Nothing more than a generic video technology logo, much like Digital Video Compression Center's first logo.
2nd Logo (May 14, 2002-May 25, 2004)[]
Logo: A globe zooms out and comes into focus. A laser then goes around the globe and fades out, revealing the logo with the "PDSC" text on top. It looks identical to the Panasonic Disc Manufacturing Corporation logo, but the disk is more hollow, is with grey and gold, has the text in silver, and the name has Services instead to go with the logo.
FX/SFX: The globe zooming, and the laser.
Music/Sounds: Same as the 2002-06 PDMC logo.
Availability: Very rare. It debuted at the end on 20th Century Fox DVDs such as the 2002 "Directors' Limited Edition" release of From Hell, and can also be seen on the Hot Shots! films, Super Troopers, Johnny Dangerously, the first release of The Day the Earth Stood Still (1951), a reissue of Dr. Dolittle, The Mary Tyler Moore Show: The Complete First Season, and Wizards. It can also be found on the 2002 Universal DVD of Butt-Ugly Martians: Boyz to Martians and Lions Gate's 2003 DVDs of Irreversible and Pokémon: Johto League Champions, Volume 3: Distance to the Johto League Championship.
Editor's Note: The CGI is very dated, but it's way better than the 1st logo.
