Background: KAET is the PBS affiliate located in Phoenix, Arizona.

Background Trivia: "AET" is meant to be pronounced as "Eight", which later became the network's branding name.

Nickname: "Brown Marble"

Logo: Against a dull brown marble background, we see "KAET" in a giant gold typewriter font. Below that is "PHOENIX", in a much smaller font, but the same type, and above that is "A special presentation from", in the same font, even smaller, and italicized.

FX/SFX: None.

Music/Sounds: None.

Availability: Possibly extinct. Some old Arizona Collection series tapes from KAET may have it.

3rd Logo (1995-2005?)[]

Logo: We see a clouds background have a 8 on the above then has a KAET logo is below.

Variant: Starting in 2000 KAET PHOENIX is below and updated.

FX/SFX: The clouds.

Music/Sounds: A piano and string tune with remix.

Music/Sound Variant: Same as 1988-1990 ident.

Logo: On a sunset clouds background we see a KAET PHOENIX when the spotlight appears the text is moving Then the logo is fading out.

FX/SFX: The text appears of this logo

Nickname: "Ei8ht"

Logo: Against a maroon background with several gold "waves", a maroon rectangle with the PBS logo and "ei8ht" written on it in gold, turns into place. "A special presentation from" is written above.

FX/SFX: The waves and the logo turning.

Music/Sounds: A rather tense piano/string sounder.

Availability: Currently in use; seen on Arizona Stories, which can be seen on both KAET and KUAT in Tucson, Arizona. DVDs of said show may also carry the logo. This also appeared on NETA programs from Sacred Earth, including the eponymous program and Echoes of Creation.
