Logo: On a blue-black shadowed background, we see an dark orange scheme of the earth with an dark orange filmstrip ribbon on the upper side of the screen. The continent's scheme is black and it's borders are brown. Suddenly, a yellow modeled lion walks and holds the earth but before it roars, And then we see another yellow lion from the right, roars and then holds the earth. The text "GOLDEN LIONS FILMS" on yellow, extends from both sides of the screen. On the bottom, the text "PRODUCTIONS" on red, pops on the bottom. It stands still for a couple of seconds.

Variant: A prototype version where this logo was used as heart filmstrip ribbon (a la Sanrio) and set on black background and the Productions text was flashes was used this was seen on Knock Knock who's there (1988 film).

FX/SFX/Cheesy Factor: Very cheap and extremely dated animation, as expected from another Filipino logo. The logo itself looks like a shield, and It's just as bad as the other logos, we don't know even to describe the cheesiness of the logo! Also, this logo screams 40's more than the 90's!

Music/Sounds: A bombastic, jumbled up fanfare with the roar of the lions, which it's sound is very loud. Some zaps and whooshes accompain the fanfare.

Music/Sounds Variant:

  • On Wilson Sorronda: Leader Kuratong Baleleng's Solid Group, a creepy fanfare accompanied with different lion roars and zaps was heard.
  • On Knock Knock Who's There, It has a creepy sound when the heart filmstrip forming followed by a pluck sound when shines then a different lion roar was used splatter sound for the Production text followed by a Starmaker-esque synth chord.

Availability: Uncommon. Seen on many films Golden Lions has presented, such as the ones listed in iMDB.
