The Fox Corporation (abbreviated Fox Corp. and informally New Fox) is an American television broadcasting company, formed from the 2019 acquisition of 21st Century Fox by The Walt Disney Company. The company operations consist of former American news, sports, and broadcasting assets of 21st Century Fox that were not acquired by Disney. They include Fox, Fox News, Fox Sports, Fox Television Stations, and several others. However, Fox-branded channels worldwide are currently owned by Disney under the Walt Disney Direct-to-Consumer and International unit.

On December 14, 2017, The Walt Disney Company announced its plans to acquire 21st Century Fox key entertainment assets for $52 billion after Comcast withdrew the deal on December 11, citing antitrust issues.
On January 7, 2019, the registration statement for "New Fox", under the name of the Fox Corporation was filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The company had spun off from 21CF on March 19, which was the day before the Disney-21CF deal was complete. Fox Corporation's logo is identical to that of the Fox television network.
