Logo: On a black background, blue half-diagonal lines with the words "FILMCONTRACT" and "LTD." wipe in by a white portion while they move in from the sides and join into each other. The glow of the white portions then dims out.
FX/SFX: Primitive animation for the era.
Music/Sounds: A rearranged version of the fanfare from the WFDiF logo at the time due to a plastering error. It could also use a "whoosh" sound effect.
Availability: Rare. It can seen on the Polish movie E=mc2 and other films during the 2000's.
