Shine Australia was created in January 2010, catering to the Australian and New Zealand market. Similar to the logo of the Shine Group, in the egg is a reflection of the Australian flag.

On 26 July 2015 after the merger of Endemol Australia and Shine Australia, the combined entity became Endemol Shine Australia.
