1st Logo (October 22, 2002-May 17, 2005)

Still version

Nickname: "The Red Globe"

Logo: On a black/white gradient BG, a red globe zooms out while rotating. Then, it becomes solid as the word "deluxe" fades on it (forming the Deluxe Corporation logo). "digital" flies out from the circle letter-by-letter, as the texts "design", "compression", "authoring", and "production services", in white, appear under "STUDIOS", which appears letter-by-letter under "ital". The Deluxe logo then flashes, and "A DIVISION OF DELUXE GLOBAL MEDIA SERVICES LLC" fades in.

Variants:

• A widescreen version exists, which appears on widescreen releases of certain DVDs from the period.
• A still version without the changing text exists, which is seen on the 2003-04 Universal DVDs of The Money Pit, The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas, The Dream Team, Babe, Empire, Blue Crush, The Unsaid, Far from Heaven, Jaws: The Revenge, Monty Python's The Meaning of Life, The Lorax, The Grinch Grinches the Cat in the Hat, Green Eggs and Ham, the John Hughes High School Reunion Collection DVD set (which included Sixteen Candles, The Breakfast Club and Weird Science), Midnight Run, Sneakers, Ed, the 2003 re-releases of The Land Before Time V: The Mysterious Island and The Land Before Time VI: The Secret of Saurus Rock, National Lampoon's Animal House: Double Secret Probation Edition, and The Night of the Following Day.

FX/SFX: The globe moving, the letters appearing.

Music/Sounds: A synth drone is heard all throughout the logo. When the letters appear, several whooshes and beeps are heard, and a boom is heard at the end. None for the still version.

Availability: The animated version is fairly common, but the still version is rare.

• It was also seen at the end of some Artisan Entertainment releases, such as Glengarry Glen Ross and the Special Edition of The Running Man.
• It was also seen at the end of some Lionsgate Home Entertainment releases, such as Saw, The Punisher, the Ultimate Editions of the first three Rambo movies, the Special Editions of Red Heat and Universal Soldier, and Dragons: Fire & Ice.
• It also appeared on some HBO Video releases, such as the first season of Entourage and Carnivale, and the first two seasons of The Wire.

2nd Logo (January 25, 2005-October 17, 2006)

Nickname: "The Grid"

Logo: An iris-in effect brings forth a red/black background with a grid, a filmstrip and the scrolling 1/0 digital codes. The Deluxe Digital Studios logo from before, flies faintly over the background. Then, a transparent square flashes in, where the Deluxe circle zooms out and "digital" and "STUDIOS" slide in. The texts "DESIGN", "COMPRESSION", and "AUTHORING" appear above the square, fading in word-by-word and the text slowly spacing out, before it stops at "PRODUCTION SERVICES". The codes and text continue to move as the logo fades out.

Variants:

• On Universal releases from the first five months of 2005, it is in a crimson red color, and below reads "A DIVISION OF DELUXE LABORATORIES" with a red glow. This variant appeared on Half Baked: Fully Baked Edition, October Sky: Special Edition, Balto III: Wings of Change, Ray, Meet the Fockers, The Motorcycle Diaries, David Lynch's Dune, and Assault on Precinct 13 (2005). However, it doesn't appear on Vanity Fair, which used the previous logo, despite being released on the same day as Ray and Balto III.
• A widescreen variant exists. DVDs that have this include the Cinema Classics Collection reissue of Love Me Tender, The Cabinet of Caligari, Valley of the Dolls, Beyond the Valley of the Dolls, Harry & Tonto, and the widescreen releases/sides of Robots, Walk the Line, 9 to 5: Sexist, Egotistical, Lying, Hypocritical Bigot Edition, Aquamarine, and the 2006 reissue of Young Frankenstein. Strangely, it appears on both sides of Little Manhattan.

FX/SFX: The binary text scrolling, the flash, and the (changing) text fading.

Music/Sounds: A blowing sound, then a loud whoosh sound when the square flashes, and a laser zap when the above texts appear.

Availability: Uncommon, as this logo was only used for nearly two years.

• It was seen at the end of 2005-06 Universal DVDs such as Balto III: Wings of Change, Half Baked: Fully Baked Edition, White Noise, Kicking and Screaming, The Producers (2005), King Kong (2005), Curious George Flies a Kite & Other Adventures, Jarhead, The Wedding Date, Prime, Munich, In Good Company, Doom, Land of the Dead, The 40-Year-Old Virgin, Inside Man, Brick, Cinderella Man, The Skeleton Key, American Dreamz, Nanny McPhee, Unleashed, The Constant Gardener, House M.D.: Season Two, The Office: Season One, Bring It On: All or Nothing, The Wizard, and the 2005-06 reissues of Backdraft, Jaws, The Sting, The Frighteners, and The Blues Brothers. It also appears on the Universal UMD of Billy Madison.
• As with the last logo, Universal DVDs pair this logo with the Macrovision logo.

• It made an appearance on MGM releases from mid-2005 (before Sony took over distribution), such as The Ballad of Jack and Rose, Beauty Shop, and the second season of Dead Like Me.
• It also appears on the Lionsgate releases of Saw: Special Edition, The Barbie Diaries, Arthur's Missing Pal, and all Lionsgate UMD releases.
• It even appears on some HBO Video releases from 2005-06, such as Out of Season and Body Language, the New Line Cinema releases of Domino and Take the Lead, and the Pony Canyon releases of the Onegai My Melody DVD volumes, alongside first six volumes of it's Kuru Kuru Shuffle season, and the Mermaid Melody Pichi Pichi Pitch DVD BOX.

3rd Logo (September 5, 2006-March 8, 2016)

Nickname: "The Sketch"

Logo: On a white paper-like background, the Deluxe Digital Studios logo sketches itself in at a bottom angle, before angling itself upward as it zooms out to the center. To the tune of the logo music, the Deluxe logo faintly flashes as all the normal colors begin painting in. With the background now bright silver, the Deluxe circle becomes shiny as a duplicate of the text on it shoots out letter-by-letter. The Deluxe circle flashes again as its color "inflates" inside, while the entire logo then raises to fully render in CGI. At the same time, the background becomes a darker silver metal flooring, with a large blue spotlight shining on the Deluxe logo. The logo's shadow moves from right to left as the flooring shines on top from the opposite.

Variants:

• Widescreen and fullscreen variants exist.
  • Fullscreen DVDs used a pan-and-scan version. Here, the logo starts at the left side and when it angles, it pans until it's centered.
• On Blu-ray releases, the logo cuts to black instead of fading out.

FX/SFX: Very good CGI, blending both CGI & 2D animation to astonishing results.

Music/Sounds: A piano theme that builds up to a majestic climax and ends with a held-out synth drone and a faint "hiss" with the shine.

Availability: Common.

• It was seen at the end of most 2006-16 Universal DVDs and Blu-rays, as well as 20th Century Fox DVDs/Blu-rays until mid-2009 and Summit Entertainment releases from 2008-11.
• Like the previous two logos, this logo was paired with the Macrovision logo on Universal DVDs until March 2007, with Children of Men being the final release to feature the pairing.
• It does not appear on the original release of Barbie and the 12 Dancing Princesses, but subsequent Barbie titles from this timeframe do have it.

• It makes an appearance on Scream Factory's 2016 Blu-ray release of Child's Play (1988) due to them reusing the Fox Blu-ray master.

Legacy: This logo is beloved within the logo community for its animation, music, and concept.

4th Logo (March 15, 2016-present)

Nickname: "The Swirls"

Logo: On a white background, 3 red swirls fly into the screen as a bright red light moves in to the center of the screen. The swirls form the Deluxe circle from the previous logos, however "deluxe" is in a different font. There are still some swirls in the circle. The "digital studios" text is also absent.

FX/SFX: Again, nice CGI.

Music/Sounds: A long whoosh accompanied by twinkling sounds.

Availability: Current and common.

• Seen on most Universal DVDs and Blu-rays since March 2016, starting with Sisters.

5th Logo (August 9, 2016-present)

Nickname: "The Red Globe II"

Logo: On a white background, a red circle zooms out, which later turns into a globe, and back into the circle with the word "deluxe" in the same font as the previous logo.

FX/SFX: The circle zooming out, and the turning of the circle.

Music/Sounds: A calming three-note string tune, along with some shining.

Availability: Current and common.
