Logo: A green flash occurs, which takes us to a white-green-black digital background. Streaks of light circle around the right half of the screen, bringing in a giant "CD" shape (half-green and half-blue) that zooms in and out. After a few seconds, "CREATIVE DOMAIN" zooms in whilst the background fades out. Another flash is seen, and the streaks soon die down.
FX/SFX: The flash, the streaks, and the shape and "CREATIVE DOMAIN" zooming.
Music/Sounds: None.
Availability: Extremely rare. It appears on the Artisan Entertainment DVDs of One Christmas and Mr. St. Nick.

Logo: On a black background, the previous logo fades in, but with the CD symbol in-between the two words. Contact information is seen.
FX/SFX: Just the fading.

Availability: Ultra rare. It can be seen on some Artisan and Lions Gate Home Entertainment DVDs, such as Beyond the Sea, Eulogy, Late Night with Conan O'Brien: The Best of Triumph the Insult Comic Dog, and Dummy.
