Background[]

Carolina Films was an Indian Malayalam/Tamil-language film company founded by film director Henry, who also heads Pangaj Productions. The company has only produced 2 films.

(April 30, 1982-September 15, 1995)[]

Logo: We start off with a stock space background, which constantly changes its color. Then we see a statue of the Virgin Mary (as she is depicted in the Miraculous Medal) slowly fading in. Once the fading is complete, 2 yellow beams appear from her palms and travels towards the bottom of the screen and eases inwards and outwards. It then dissipates, causing the company's name "CAROLINA FILMS PVT. LTD." in yellow to fade in below the statue.

Trivia:

  • The Virgin Mary, which also known by various titles, styles and honorifics, was a 1st-century Galilean Jewish woman of Nazareth and the mother of Jesus, according to the New Testament and the Quran.
  • The Miraculous Medal, also known as the Medal of Our Lady of Graces, is a devotional medal, the design of which was originated by Catherine Labouré following her apparitions of the Blessed Virgin Mary in the Chapel of Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal of Paris, France.

FX/SFX: The Virgin appearing from the space, the space itself moving, the two "beams" and the appearance of the text on white.

Music/Sounds: First, a tune that sounds much like the song from St. Pio de Pietrelcina's last moment, and then some bells on the middle of the song, which segue into an traditional Indian ranchero-like melody.

Availability: Seen on Yavanika and Kolangal.

Editor's Note: This may unnerve some who aren't very affiliated to darkness, but the music is pretty soothing and has a great touch on Christianity.
