1st Logo (1997-1999)

Intro_VHS-Video_Astro_Records_&_Filmworks,_1997,_Trailer_I

Intro VHS-Video Astro Records & Filmworks, 1997, Trailer I

Nicknames: "The Vortex" "Cool, but Unnecessary"
Logo: On a space background, a vortex appears out of nowhere in space, and some rocks enter it. We then get sucked into the vortex, then the we get to see a Saturn-like planet as a light whizzes out of nowhere and a sun appears behind the planet. We then zoom toward the planet, and the light from earlier shoots at it and reveals it as some sort of space fighter. We then enter the planet with its snowy like terrain, and the camera goes to a bipedial robot with two cannons on it, walking towards something. Its head then aims near one of the hills and shoots 6 letters giving the company name, while “PRESENTS” appears below the logo. We then zoom towards the logo, then a laser shoots it, destroying the logo. The robot then walks into frame, showing the rating on its back, then it flies away.
FX/SFX: All CGI.
Cheesy Factor: The CGI is mediocre and the whole vortex sequence felt unnecessary, but the real cheese here is that this is one of the longest logos on this wiki, clocking in at 2 minutes and 7 seconds! This could've been shortened to at least 30 seconds without losing anything
Music/Sounds: Thunderstorms and ominous music in the tunnel sequence, then an upbeat techno tune in the planet sequence, along with lasers and whooshes.
Availability: Extremely rare. Appeared on early German horror tapes released by the company.Scare Factor: Low to medium. The ominous music, thunderbolts and lasers can get to some, but it's a logo you're most likely to fast forward through.

2nd Logo (1999)

Nicknames: “The Submarines”
Logo: There are 2 small submarines and a larger submarine. The two smaller submarines home in on the larger one. Once in vision they each shoot on the larger submarine with a missile. The larger submarine homes its missiles on them, destroying the missiles. It then homes in two missiles of its own onto the two smaller ones, the submarines explode, and reveals the text "AstrO" in red and "Records & Filmworks" in black.
FX/SFX: TBA
Music/Sounds: A very threatening dark fanfare followed by a laser sound.
Availability: Seen on the 1999 German VHS of Cannibal Holocaust among others.
Editor's Note: TBA

3rd Logo (2000)

Logo: We see two branches holding a shining orb. It then zooms in, revealing a full moon. We see the words, "Astro Records & Filmworks, in a abstract font. Then ''presents" is drawn.
Music/Sounds: Synth, swooshing sounds and some background noise.
Availability: Seen on their latest DVD releases.
Editor's Note: TBA
